At our store, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D rendering services. Due to the nature of digital and customized products, our refund policy is specific and limited.
2. Digital Services Disclaimer
All our products are digital services (3D renders) and not physical items.
Because of this, once the work has started or been delivered, returns are not possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- The project has not been started yet
- There was a technical issue or failure from our side
- The delivered work does not match the agreed requirements
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delay caused by missing information from the client
- Minor differences in artistic interpretation
- Completed and delivered work
- Dissatisfaction not related to the original brief
5. Revisions Policy
We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction:
- Minor adjustments are included (lighting, colors, small details)
- Major changes or new concepts may require additional fees
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only if:
- The request is made before work has started
Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
